1. Refund Eligibility:

   - Refunds are only applicable for paid courses on the Portal.

   - To be eligible for a refund, the user must request a refund within a specified period after the purchase, which will be communicated during the checkout process.

   - If nothing is specified during the checkout process, it means that Refund is not applicable for that Course. In such situation the fee once paid will not be refunded.

2. Refund Procedure:

   - Users can request a refund by contacting our customer support team through the designated channels provided on the Portal.

   - Refund requests must include the user's name, email address, course details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

3. Refund Processing:

   - Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

   - Certain items may not be eligible for refunds. These include but are not limited to:

      - Digital products and services that have been accessed or downloaded.

      - Courses for which the refund request is made outside the specified refund period.

7. Shipment & Delivery

 - The Courses are available in online form only. Users will be able to watch the lectures online but are not allowed to download the videos unless explicitly allowed in the course. For Live-Classes, the video of the class may not be available as recorded after the class.
